Well, apart from “if you give me $3000.”Luckily this is a co-living model through PadSplit so I have some income coming in.

I should have mentioned that I am out of state in Colorado and I'm not connected yet to contractors that I trust to do a rehab.

I’m 20 now and I have 1 unit and I co-manage a portfolio.

While the co-signers add some security, the family’s newness to the U.S. and uncertain job situation make them a higher risk overall. 

I have changed my rental strategy to Co-Living (rent by the room).

.- The whole process is simplified—no co-ownership legal headaches.I’m curious about the pros and cons of something like this.

I couldn’t even get them out of the home once the lease expired and Nomad would not help guide me in what steps to take or Colorado laws. 

Co-living is going to grow and grow as time goes on (but maybe less so in my neck of the woods, to be honest).
