I live on as little as possible right now and have the spare income (and methods- I churn credit cards for free airline miles) to travel, but my full time work doesn't give me the vacation time to use it!  

if you're going to get mostly working people scraping by and living paycheck to paycheck with no credit, you might as well come up with a late pay plan now or you'll either be frustrated every month or constantly churning your units.

There are companies trying to bring down the costs of building by churning out prefabs at economies of scale, but from what I've heard a lot of them are still building the traditional stick-built way within the factories so they aren't taking advantage of the cost savings they might get if they could tap into newer tech (CNC milling, etc... though that can also lead to a lot of waste).”So, my follow up question to anyone that happens to see this is, does anyone have experience with pocket communities/micro hotels/tiny home land shares?

If I wasn't willing to work with tenants when problems come up I'd constantly be churning my units.

When you have a city that churns that much money, the demand curve shifts way right pushing up the equilibrium price.

My formula above has returned tons of response, but you will also snag a lot of Short Sale Candidates.I have to say though that my "normal" Absentee marketing does also churn up a fair amount of Sub to candidates.

So every one to two weeks they were churning a bunch of junk.I do not know how you would get rid of the bugs without throwing the stuff out.
