Don’t celebrate just yet.  

We went through this in South Carolina this past summer. 

The property is in the Joshua Tree market so the next couple of months is the tail end of peak season and will start to slow going into April/May, so I'd like to be ready to operate as soon as possible to capture max revenue before summer. 

We spent 2 months on Madeira last summer, and 1 week on Porto Santo and loved every minute of it so I'd like to get a few properties on the Island and eventually relocate there. 

Last summer, we finally decided we weren’t going to be able to afford to rehab the house in Indiana and we were tired of driving an hour every time the grass needed mowing.

One thing to consider for students is would you want to only lease for the school year and then rent for the summer?

I am planning to rent it in late spring/early summer.

We have a cleaner but during the summer my wife has her do it with her just so she learns. 

At one point I had 130 summer yearlings that I took to the feedlot and had 33 momma cows.  

Disappointed they put the septic tank relatively close to the house, even though the lot is over an acre.Neither Suncoast nor SI disclosed they were building other homes and marketing them for rent at the same time -- at a lower rate.I went under contract to buy a home in Ocala from SI in Summer 2018.
