I'm not saying that if you miss the rent date once or twice I can't manage the situation, but if I get caught in a cascade and a cash crunch, multiple tenants doing the same thing, I won't have the money to pay the bank.

So far, one waffle maker, a TON of Cascade dishwasher pods and beach towels.I bought 2 extra waffle makers just in case, I only put out about 10 pods and buy up beach towels in the fall when they are 2-3 bucks.I chalk up the towels to kids.

I agree, I think the $600 stimulus payment is critical to keeping things on track; I am a landlord and to this point everything is running smoothly, but I understand that cash poor consumers have a cascading effect on the economy.
