Wet drywall caused $4,800 in damages to a car--WOW.Hail can damage a car, but its very hard and falling in small balls.Maybe it's a Mercedes SL convertible with the top down, that might be expensive, but the exterior of cars are made to take some severe weather.Wet drywall seems like it would be heavy, but more like a wet piece of cardboard than hail.

Today’s residential construction in many areas ends up as essentially a cardboard box covered with cheap stucco that will bleed you white with constant maintenance issues because most of the time the construction won’t be “professional”.

This is what I would be living on as my major source of income.Rather than suspending/waiving rents for those tenants impacted by the COVID-19 crisis I recommend that New York state issue rent vouchers to cover the rent payments of those impacted.
