Everytime I've been burned they talk a great game up front.

Once the interior was stripped and the infrastructure tested, I brought in commercial contractors to handle critical systems like plumbing, electrical, roofing, and HVAC installation.The house, built in the early 1900s, was originally a coal-burning residence.

@Jonathan S. you'll get burned if you buy real estate rentals and do not, "manage your manager".Even the BEST make mistakes and no one can catch every mistake.So, it takes a team effort between a PMC and an owner to make it work:)

It turns out that nothing is more of a waste of time, energy, and money than this, money that could have been spent elsewhere.

Instead of 40 houses cash flowing $200 each or $8000/month, you buy 10 houses and pay them off for a cash flow of $10,000/month with 1/4th the headache.People don't understand the amount of time, energy, and stress involved with managing a lot of doors, especially if they are lower-class properties typically needed to generate cash flow.

@Melanie P.Thank you for your response.I agree with you there are a LOT of garbage syndications out there and I know a lot of people that have been burned by them. 

All of this at $0 cost, just some time, energy and effort.
