Everybody and his brother (or her sister) obtains a purchase contract for a shuttered nursing home that once had an appraised value of $10 million; has a current appraised value of $5 million, and the investor has it under contract for $2 million.  

My brother recently installed Lifeproof Dusk Cherry and I thought it looked really good and plan on using it in future rentals.

What Im looking for with REI.... is to find financial freedom, to build generational wealth, to bring my family together; my brothers,  my children, and their children into a business Im not only passionate about, but proud of.  

We need more enforcement of current laws, not Big Brother laws that treat everyone like criminals.

Full transparency...I am biased as my dad and brother are wealth managers and provide advise on DSTs.You want to work with a RIA that can help you understand how DSTs fits into your overall financial picture and not someone that's just looking to make a commission off of you (aka  Broker-Dealer).Both BDs and RIAs are going to able to offer access to the same DSTs, but there are several conflicts of interest associated with the BD sales model....

It's not unusual for one good person to apply, and they move in their half brother that just got out of prison or something.There's a lot more to look at than just income.
