It might be worth talking to a lawyer but not sure if it's small claims or worth it.Also, you might already have all of these things but for future prevention:- smart thermostat (so you receive alerts when the inside temperature dips below whatever preset you have)- Minut (or similar device) would also alert you to the inside (and outside) temperatures; for example, I have 2 devices inside the house and outside on the hot tub deck.

But theses people were in large part those with means, so all it takes is the lawyers to whoop people up enough and it's a tornado of suits upon suits upon suits.

I see lawyers fees cancelling out this years rent increases quickly. this is a business, and I would always expect unhappy customers to push back - a good business worthInvesting In will satisfy customers while still making a profit.

They have to surmise some valuation - people in divorces, bankruptcies etc need valuation on unique properties all the time.
