@Clyde Myers Jr CREAM is a good networking group of commercial brokers and real estate service providers in Montgomery County.  

I don't recommend buying any deals FROM them (because they will already be taking the cream off the supposed future profit), but maybe a Joint Venture type of arrangement? 

We operate on envelopes and going to the grocery makes you reprioritize if you really need that $12 bag of shrimp or if you could just sub in some leftover chicken from the freezer, or if you take the time to cut a few coupons because that $6 you saved will allow you to splurge on a bucket of ice cream for the kids.

Now that everyone is one a nostalgia high, it's time for some ice cream...Sebastian Joe's or Sonny's Ice Cream anyone?

I know that my first deal isn't gonna be all peaches & cream but I gotta start somewhere and make mistakes and learn from them...

Fountain Square now has a brewery, ice cream shop, multiple music venues, art museum, the cultural trail, etc, etc...    

I no longer buy green bananas. 

If you are already in position and have the time for the extra job, flip away while saving the cream of the crop for investments!

There are plenty of Escrow people who have no clue how to do their job (as with any industry) and get crazy escrow fees on each escrow, but the cream rises to the top and finding the RIGHT EO for the job is often more important than their fee!

The problem you have now is the dollar, anywhere you go outside of Canada you will get creamed with the weak dollar.
