What’s the best way to do this to avoid any bad tax repercussions. 

I’ve dealt with just as many bad ones as the good ones.

Going through my real estate journey I have learned a lot, I am 24, a veteran and a graduate from Temple University,I started with aspirations of investing on a property and making a quick flip.My problem lied with fear of failing, my capital and my savings.I decided I wanted to learn the real estate market and know the ins and outs before I would make a bold choice on buying my first real estate home.

Market selection is tough because there are so many choices.

They are a bad deal for homeowners and a terrible deal for rentals. 

There have been so many changes to make people with bad credit look good they should be fine without this change. 

Over the past 15+ years in this business, i have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. 

Just make sure it is not deep in the ghetto, as there is a lot of bad areas in Cleveland.

Later I was able to buy the vacant lot between for a grand total of about 2.4 acres.All the houses are in bad shape.
