When I get the text I click the link in it and it gives me a popup box reading AUTHENTICATION REQUIRED (bold, not caps), with regular font "bgrpkts.me" underneath, with two fields for username and password below that.

An ISP would just drop a router in there and already have an authentication system built for your type of setup.

That is a RARE event here ...I did buy a foreclosure a few years back in Beaverton ( home of NIKE) and the home next door was not occupied .. but the owners wife had died in it. he would not sell and just let it sit there .. but tax's were current and yard was mowed

But we found a property managers online who are ready even to purchase a home for us.So my question is how to check if property management company is authentic?

Most of the online classes require frequent authentication to note that you are spending the required time on the material so audiobooks may not be an option.  

As a local lender I'm going to guess you work for either Intel or Nike.

And im not just a wholesaler from Ca, ive no problem proving my authenticity to anyone.

I can vow that they are authentic and treat people like family especially if you're willing to listen and commit to learning.

I’d be patient and build the relationships slowly and authentically.

You still need to be authentic in each role, but  I will always remind myself of what the goal is before the conversation.
