My gut says if you can answer basic questions without getting an attitude, something isn’t right…?  

I hate when people have an attitude like it's supposed to  be turn down service like it's some hotel room or new construction that nobody has ever lived in yet.

., but on issues like this one, take an attitude of "its just standard", and tend not to read the contracts they sign on issues such as indemnification.As a property owner, is it appropriate to add a property manager as an additional insured on your general liability policy?

In my area, there are about 20 appraisers and about 8 do the lion's share of work, so this is not a problem here.Taking the attitude that you as a seller are going to control an appraiser or the comps is simply the wrong assumption.
