Just happens to be a house that I've always admired...I used to live in the same neighborhood.Because I did not do a title search I'm fearful that there is more out there that hasn't been recorded plus it's unlikely that the auction price will stay low.

Maybe you could talk to them and tell them how much you admire what they are doing, ask for tips, be interested in their property available and kind of 'pick their brain' as to how they acquired it, etc.GOOD LUCK!
