A couple of qualities that are admirable at least and that will define the leadership of the commerce that is to come.

Maybe you could talk to them and tell them how much you admire what they are doing, ask for tips, be interested in their property available and kind of 'pick their brain' as to how they acquired it, etc.GOOD LUCK!

You can visit prehistoric landmarks, sail into hidden coves, admire picturesque bays and the typical mediterranean scrub that grows luxuriant and spreads its scents all around.

While it is understandable and admirable to want tax and legal education, it may be too early.

I admire your willingness to try for a bigger deal (i.e. more than four units) on the first one, but just keep asking questions and exploring every aspect of the deal as much as possible, to make sure it works for you, and that you've got a handle on things.

I just think it would be so awesome to see a bit of the process to see if it's something that I could really see myself doing, or if it's something that I like to admire from afar!
