I'd say you've accomplished the goal of doing the most with the least with your current model.Having said that, you'd have to be a complete idiot to pay $1M+ for a mobile home and some wood pallet sheds.

Give me a specific action that would have accomplished this generic talking point of yours.

Typically rates are 0.5%-1% higher than the full conventional loan, however the beauty is that it requires less documents and quicker close.

@Shaheen AhmedI don't know the Ohio markets as well as I know Pennsylvania but (1) taxes can vary widely among counties, cities, municipalities, etc. and (2) the problem right now is that interest rates are so high (although taxes and insurance increasing certainly doesn't help.)What are you trying to accomplish?
