Assuming your property is in Utah (like your profile indicates), here's the state law from a basic internet search:In Utah, a tenant who abandons a rental property without notice is liable for the lesser of the following: The rent remaining on the leaseThe rent plus the difference between the fair rental value and the agreed-upon rentThe cost to restore the property to its original conditionThe landlord can also remove the tenant's belongings and sell them if the tenant doesn't claim them within a reasonable time.

I haven't personally dealt with any crazy insurance premiums such as the ones people have been advertising in like Tampa, FL.

Syndicators advertise for people on Facebook and other sites because most cannot raise institutional money as to raise institutional money they need to have audited financials, a due diligence report done on them by 3rd party to start.

and for sure I would think BP charges sponsors to advertise on the forum just like they charge to advertise on this forumthey are having some sort of event and the guest I saw were Brian Burke ( top shelf ) and Jeremy Roll ( another wickedly smart dude)  compared to the guru trainers who I really dont know much are anything about so cant comment on them. 

So when I see an advertisement like this I feel like it would be a waste of my time and money, but perhaps interesting for others. 

But doesn't have any property advertising, prospective tenant applications/screening, or any of that side of the business.
