Hello Investor Fam,I'm working on a project that involves a winery owner who needs some big assistance.Background:Owner is in a "hand shake" partnership. 35 years ago winemaker shook hands with wealth silent investor to help him get started. 100 acres of land in sale. 10% acres is allocated to silent partner ( only through "word" contract).Owner owns 100% of land (he is on the DEED 100%).

I like to use examples - I'm eyeing a bank owned property right now that is rural but easy access off a main road, near wineries and tasting rooms, zoning is ideal, along a creek, sub-dividable, flat, and even has some really neat cultural artifacts (that I only know about because of local knowledge).

these are spec construction... multi development single user commercial some industrial and retail.there main focus is doctors dentists and other service providers.. and as well as they are starting to finance wineries in Oregon.. so I just need a little slice of their 30% being a 400 million dollar bank ( very small in bank terms) that leaves 120 mil to spread out and we run 6 to 8 million with them. so we have almost 6 % of their lending base just going to my deals...
