I've gone from renovating Victorian homes (love the drama of the contrast within those homes), over wholesaling vacant lots to builders (loved the hunt of the owner, who was usually deceased and had to find other relatives), buying assemblages in a low income neighborhood and creating an artist community (I love dealing with my tenants and knowing that I have much better tenants than the rest of the landlords in the neighborhood) and various other niches.

Downtown has some truly historical buildings that are crumbling by the day, we have some gorgeous Victorian homes moldering in neglect and we have whole neighborhoods going into disrepair.
