We noticed that a section of house the floors were not leveled but instead of tearing everything apart the sub contractor just compensated and leveled as he tiled.Fast forward to today we get a call from the down stairs owner that they were having cracks in the ceiling and once they removed to repair they noticed that 2-3 trusses were failing at the connection point.

We have stood by the principles Brandon discusses in his book requiring applicants to have credit scores 600+ and gross monthly (or combined monthly) income of roughly three times the rent. 

In fact, the last time I saw him he stood in front of me, looked me in the eye, apologized, and promised he'd be out the next day (this was the 4th time he said that).

I stood on my own two feet since I was 18 and at almost 40 he is still living off his parents, and did my MBA at a top program in 1.5 years and like I said I'm wealthy.

The outside looked decent (other than a couple broken windows and hole in the roof) but the inside was destroyed right down and including studs and rafters/trusses.

Did a visual walk through with agent and nothing stood out as a major issue.

Article did not mention that median home price at 263k, down 2k from previous month.I'm in the accounting and finance field, and even though the median price was down 2k from previous month, the 13.3% up year over year stood out.

So it stood to reason that I already did business (established a relationship) with him before he should perform much the same as the first job preformed.
