Because for a certain type renter it’s just SO easy to continue renting fully furnished rather than having to spend $20-40k on furniture; come up with a down payment on a house purchase; and or worry about repairs and maintenance.  

You will continue to have problems until you repipe the entire drain system.

Sometimes they turn out to be legit and that is just how they talk/type.I wouldn't call em.

Eventually the masses will catch on and then the model is tougher to continue to do. 

How I would go about it is bring a deal to someone ( a friend or colleague) that I knew had money, offer them the terms I have in mind and continue until I find one.

Alternatively, should I focus on making minor upgrades to the rental property to increase the rent and continue holding it, considering the neighborhood’s growth potential?
