I am not a fan of the stock market.

So that can't be someone selling you properties or stock investments (they say they care...)Best to find someone local to you usually.

I believe that any losses you have in the stock market could offset rental income.On the other hand, the better solution is to not have any net rental income.

You can invest the capital gains generated from the sale of assets such as stocks, bonds, real estate, cryptocurrency, etc.
