If I could give zero stars I would.

Our reviews are stellar 5 star, our guests absolutely love it.

I will let you guess which side supported King George and which supported the "Colonist Rebels".... ....... this is often the point where a person starts starring into space wondering just who in the heck it is they've been pandering for all this time, lol......

@Michael Csrnko1) Make sure to use a pricing software like price labs or wheelhouse to have competitive pricing. 2) Don't always give refunds or credits to guests when they complain to get a 5 star review.

We literally got a 4 star review overall because there wasn't "enough tp" in the house and because the linens are provided in sealed bags and not on the beds, but everything else " was great".

Just be realistic with your expectations and do not shoot for the stars when you don't have the means yet.

We have our reservationists respond with ChatGPT with all 4/5 star and anything 3 star or less gets sent to management. 

I have great reviews from guests (over 30) though do have the occassional 4 stars that brings it down even though they loved the stay.

5 star rating with a brief review - done. 

Consistent 5 star rave reviews confirm this.
