my small size and eagerness to " boldly go where no man has gone before" allows me to find a   way to get into that crawl space and see what i can find. lets face it, crawl spaces, attics, roofs and " hidden areas" tell you just about everything you need to know about a house. i personally have removed an attic panel that was screwed AND glued shut just to get into the attic.

Man has the bulk of the income, woman can't afford the rent on her own.

I was mentored by a good friend of mine for no cost and I would not be able to put a price on what this man has taught me!

The last post this man has talks about greed and it being such a downfall to honest business.

He still feels like a ghost.This lack of understanding and resources to help me better understand who my Dad was as a man has inspired me to document my business and my life, so that if someday I head out the door and never return, my three children will have an understanding of who I was and what I was like.
