Jeff makes up repeated excuses and strange reasons as to why he can't/won't pay (i.e. family emergency, bank is rejecting wires, software/website is buggy, telling investors to go "f*ck their mother").I'm in a group with 30 other investors who were also scammed by him.

They also memorialized my account when I protested them not memorializing my mother's or my uncle's who have both passed away. 

Plan to rent the property by the month, targeting traveling nurse/Dr. 

We are mid-term leasing the attached studio to travel nurses. 

My mother bought the cabin for the same income purposes after my dad died, and it is now earning $40-45K a year. 

Majority of the renters on there are travel nurses which helps with the tenant quality (in my opinion). 

I don't know your market at all, but it's common for neighborhoods next to the hospital to not always feel safe to out of town nurses--- so just know proximity isn't always the main point.
