I’ve visited every other property I’ve considered in the past, so this is uncharted territory for me, and it feels a little out of my comfort zone.I’m considering putting it under contract sight unseen to lock it up, but I don’t want to make a rookie mistake here.I'm looking for some advice here.

I Refused the monthly, he offered $ 75 fee to prepare for the program and I did that realized it was a mistake from his reviews and called back the next day and they would not refund me.

I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they do not learn from their mistakes and simply bury their heads in the sand.

This is a "me" assumption: I assuming that I made a mistake somewhere in my analysis, so please feel free to show me. :) I learn a lot more from my mistakes than what I (very occasionally) get right on the first pass.

We have never focused on one area huge mistake.
