Thanks for your help.RobertHey RobertMy experience is in DSCR lending, so this isn't for conventional.  75% ltv of the appraised value is your max cash out percentage and your minimum credit score is 650, but the higher the better your rate.At first blush, your numbers are really tight depending on the renovation figures.
