I'm currently based in Jacksonville, Florida, and I'm looking to connect with other real estate investors. 

@Ugo O.Here is a "general" rule of thumb that I use for my market in Jacksonville FL.

One thing I wanted to do was to get some advice on opportunities that would add the most value to the home as I'll be looking to refinance after making a few updates.Since I'm a little unfamiliar with what would give me the most "bang for my buck", I figured it'd be worth it to share my Zillow rental post, give my thoughts to you guys, and see what you all come up with since I'm a day one newbie here...https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/698-Bridal-Ave-Jacksonville-FL-32205/316819570_zpid/?

Looks like we are both in Jacksonville. 

I'm considering investing either around King's Mountain (or other areas on the outskirts of Charlotte) or near Jacksonville or Burgaw on the coast. 

I am torn between 3 locations: Jacksonville, FL (it's still FL and a drive/quick flight away), Baltimore, MD (we used to live in MD and it's familiar), Midwest: Columbus, Detroit, ???

As a side note, I canceled my paid subscription with Rentometer recently when I was researching this property:   421 N Washington Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202 Rentometer (Paid) showed 1BR at $1,026 and 2BR $1,318.
