I used to use them as a resource for properties but in my area anyways, I found the majority of them ended up being mostly mold and foundation issues yet they wanted way too much much for them in spite of it.

An attorney will be able to advise the best type of legal structure to support what you want to do.You want everything to be done in writing and by an attorney, because in spite of what some people think something written on the back of an envelop isn't always going to stand up in court if their is legal president or law making something illegal and as a non lawyer you would have no way of knowing that. 2) You own the property, they carry the mortgage and note that is filed, just like with a bank.

I would like to think that I am able for you to listen to, and in spite of my head surgery I am wind that I am an honors college graduate and worth listening to.What I would suggest to you about having the right real estate people is to call around the real estate offices and ask the things you are looking for and get some referrals.
