Also check the flashing along any siding that comes into contact with a roof.We took on property management for a West Hartford CT property last year where the owner had his flip team replace the roof.

I Moved here to York, Pennsylvania last April from Hartford, Connecticut and I am finally going to start investing and open my own company.Is their anything anyone can tell me about investing in commercial real estate or how to get a down payment when you only have less thank 5k or no money.

Here's what I've got on local markets around Hartford County, CTThis is by no means an attempt to push anyone into any market, but rather just some generally vague thoughts.Windsor is a great "small town" that generates good cashflow with moderate chances of appreciation (relative to the CT Market)Granby even a smaller town feel than Windsor, rentals are in high demand and rent prices are high.

We had one in Hartford, CT which was absolutely terrible. 

Perhaps Newington, maybe West Hartford.

I've been networking, learning, analyzing and researching properties in Hartford County, CT for about a month now.
