I specialize in portraits... so, headshots, family portraits, lifestyle and branding content, boudoir, and anything else where humans are photographed. 

That's going out and getting a brand new car with the expectation that you could sell a depreciating asset for more than what you paid for it.

Now I am brand new to real estate so this could be dumb but I'm reading Brandon Turners "Rental Property Investing" book and I was intrigued by chapter 3 where he list out 4 plans to start with when getting into real estate.

Simple things like a branded email at your domain and a website can open a lot of doors.

Just like the BRRR that is talked about on this site.. shoot we were doing those 30 years ago.. we just called it cash out refi.. so you take someone who just brands it and folks think is some great idea that was just created..
