Also make sure your contractors know that they shouldn't leave anything of value in plain sight.Now if you want to get creative with it I would get some cheap blinds or window coverings and set up a couple of lamps on cheap timers like the ones you can get from Lowes, and at least give the appearance of someone being there, at least enough to make people think twice).Edited for terrible grammar.

And if those excerpts from above are actual copies, with all the grammatical errors and misused words.....”so I send you” “...application form to fill up..” this definitely some out of country scam where they don’t know English or proper loan terms.I guarantee you that you can’t find a mortgage recorded anywhere from a loan they have actually made.My thoughts exactly on the grammar.

NOT asking questions feels safer because you dont expose yourself or open up but in my opinion is more stupider or the most dumbest (*poor grammar intentionally*).
