Question for the forum: Is it possible to use a VA Loan to buy a wholesale property and fox and flip later to rent out?

I normally deal with this stuff myself (fox urine, patch hole, etc), but have no time right now.

If they been gutted out you maybe talking $50k-$60k.Look at the lease find out how long they have left on the Fox term and if they have rights of renewal.

@Kevin Fox Not trying to be argumentative but this is what it looks like on Zillow Foreclosure data which is where I picked up the 5 I'm considering now; two of which I've already put offers in on and one which is a pocket listing that another agent is actually renting.I know what the stats say and have no reason to doubt them.
