As I'm new to Section 8, just trying to understand how it actually works, versus what we see on social media :) Lesson #1 - Nothing the government does makes sense and none of the employees have any idea what they are doing.

The bitcoin appears to be a much different animal as there is no company, no offices, no employees, no address and no central location to hack, distort, manipulate, influence, make false earning reports. 

Hi Katie, do the tax benefits apply to just Real Estate professionals or could it also apply to regular full-time W-2 employees?

It’s hard to find a lot of negative reviews as they’ve gotten Reddit threads removed and pour in fake reviews on sites from employees, family members etc. it’s not that hard to do a quick google search and see.

BTW $1000 sounds like a LOT OF $$$ Oh interesting, are the maintenance techs in-house employees, or are they contracted but at a cheaper rate? 

My business partner and I are about to lose out on a rental condo because the President of this company has completely ghosted us and his own employee who we've been working with directly.
