I now look at the whole world as my playground but I'm focusing on the best markets, which are in Latin America and Southern Europe: Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Brazil, Uruguay, Portugal, Spain, Italy, ...That approach is best for diversification.

I have a tenant that booked my Airbnb in the Dominican Republic for 6 mos.  

Specifically the markets i'm most interested in are Portugal, Brazil, Dominican Republic, Nigeria, and Philippines. 

Compared to countries like Mexico and the Dominican Republic, real estate in Costa Rica is much more expensive and much less profitable.

How did the investment in the Dominican Republic go?

I've a few properties in the US I'm currently managing and I'm thinking about purchasing my next property in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic to put it on Airbnb.
