Hello,   I believe this program is fairly new, so I don't know if anyone would, but do any MI investors have experience using the "Lead Poisoning Prevention Fund" through an organization Michigan Saves?

Add the Trust as additionally insured on the new policy.The complication is that the seller no longer holds any interest in the Trust, LLCs, Deed, or Settlement Statement, which my broker says prevents them from being added to the new policy.

This will prevent you from getting taken advantage of and it will help you manage your rehab budget better.
