I have done due dilligence into a few and do not believe the share valuations match reality, they go up to look good and generate more investments similar to a ponzi scheme.

But if find yourself trying to make the same argument's as the proud owner of some shinny new matching bracelet's, remember; we tried to warn you. 

But that matches the return on equity the big tech monopolies make.  

Vinyl siding also can warp,get cracked. get ripped off in high wind,sun will fade it and then leftover pieces will not match when you replace years later.  

They got fundamentally sound real estate, with matching debt (10+ yr fixed rate) and budgets with the intent to hold nearly forever. 

A moderate 80s update in Houston may not match Indy, so leaning on someone who knows the local buyer pool can save a lot of back and forth.All the best,Johnny

We have found that the Midwest offers an attractive price per door that cannot be matched in any other region.

Some of my Scottsdale connections who specialize in land deals have been whispering about how a few smaller outfits in Casper.. from what I’ve heard, outfits tucked behind older storefronts, have been matching buyers with off-market parcels that never even hit the usual channels.If you line up your financing carefully (no legal or tax advice here, just speaking from experience), you can sometimes lock in a deal that ages nicely over tthe years.

And even the ones that raise more often only do so several times during the year and many times there is nothing available.So even if you had such a list, it is not really useful in deploying money in the real world.A more practical approach is to see which offerings are currently available and simply scan them to see if they match your criteria or not.

Looks like it can be a match just have to see how much work it needs and what it can rent for.
