You can either bridge that gap by piling up more money or living with less comfort. 

Hey @Jonathan Baptiste, so we are a bit different than some.We have a large house that can sleep 12 comfortably and we provide a lot of stuff.

I like to look for locations that are good, and that I’d feel safe and comfortable living in if I was a single woman with a couple of kids.

The diligence, patience, and comfort will give you the confidence to invest.

As such, I’ve focused my research on out-of-state opportunities, particularly in the Midwest and other promising markets.In order for me to comfortably leave my W-2 job, I would need to secure no less than $350,000 annually, as that supports the lifestyle we’ve grown accustomed to.
