I would avoid Holly Hill, Daytona's ghetto, like the plague because the oldest profession seems to be a major profession there if you know what I mean.The Daytona area is a bit or of my way, and my brother-in-law had frequently complained about finding a nice property that turns out to be in Holly Hill.Nearby Ormond Beach and Port Orange seem like nice communities in comparison.

The first property is a condo, and my wife and I own 90% of it, and my brother-in-law owns 10%.

It does not matter if it's your mother, brother or someone you do not know - the moment you start commingling funds is when you star getting into securities.

I have 3 deals going in Loudoun county VA that national builders are buying our lots and when I was there going through existing developments its was full speed ahead  Toll Brothers on one project probably had 40 up and running some i am sure are presold..

Me and My brother have found this great office building for sale on the same block as a very expensive private college.

I rented a room to my brother for 2 years when I bought and remodeled my first property. 

My brother still owns the excavating company in PA and does several septics a year.

My brother needed a place to live near where he was working.

The second estate he inherited was from his half brother; he once again operated their estate in a way to keep it whole and did not do land development; instead he started numerous business endeavors to keep the estate profitable.
