I'm looking to explore the investment opportunity of real estate to create a chance to spend more time with family and build a business for my children to inherit.

They have called the police on guests (in the middle of the day, for parking over a sidewalk in the driveway, for noise when guests were playing dominoes by the pool and on and on)…one neighbor yelled obscenities at my guests (in front of children), saying, “We don’t want tourists!” 

But, also due to the aging population you have people like my landlord; whose children don't want to inherit the property because they live in a different area of the country.  

I hired them to rent out my condo/apartment and was told that a “professional photographer” would be coming to take pictures, instead a man came with 3 small children that were kicking our freshly painted walls/trim while he snapped pictures with an old phone.

Do these tax advantages disappear when the original owner passes away and hands the portfolio to their children?

I'm particularly passionate about small multi family properties.Outside of real estate, I am a registered nurse, a husband, and father of two beautiful children 😊.

It's like taking school children hunting without teaching them fire arms safety.I don’t get answers from the SubTo Community, apparently they are taught to ridicule and disparage anyone who questions “The Dear Leader” Shall I go on?

They tend to have no problems if you have a spouse or your children, or essentially some immediate family member listed as an authorized user, though.I know several people that were doing this, and their financial institutions ended up closing their cards on them.
