Whether your statements are true or false, whether we have evidence to support or deny a claim, it will never be something blasted on the internet.

Just be aware that (1) you can easily do whatever it is Tardus is selling much cheaper elsewhere (2) Tardus special investments for members only are mundane investments available at the same terms to anyone with a computer and internet connection and (3) the strategy of borrowing from a HELOC to juice returns carries with it a much greater risk than is apparently disclosed. 

To gain investor confidence, ensure the investment property numbers are real, use the most common contract forms in your state (versus a 2 or 3-page) internet/guru contract form) with appropriate addenda, or an attorney-drafted form and attorney-drafted assignment agreement.

I want to share with others that I called the Attorney for D32 today and she stated that the storms knocked out the internet and the offices but it was not a reason for any delay on the return of deposits.

However, like any market, success depends on selecting the right neighborhoods and building a solid team on the ground.In Indianapolis, areas like Broad Ripple, Fountain Square, and Irvington have seen strong appreciation and rental demand, but they can be more competitive.

Best bet is likely (not absolute - everyone's situation is different) is to look at a national lender or broker that has options in lots of states - its a great development versus 20 odd years ago, with technology, internet, places like this - can have access to many more options than before (local broker or lender thats it)

Also do not take documents off the internet, get an attorney to draft documents for you and also always close with a title company.
