Off the top of my head, I think that it is "Ridge" lending.

Hey everyone,I'm going to start a rehab in Park Ridge, a suburb in the north side of Chicago, and need some good GC referrals.

The ridge beam was bowed down and the front and rear walls bowed outward.

I bought  materials 22.66 Square worth of shingles (22 regular and 0.66 ridge cap) and he billed me for 24.66 square ( I had to buy some more shingles before he finished so he wouldn't run out). 

Have 203k pre-approval, looking for realtor in southern Bergen / Hudson county (Hasbrouck Heights, Wood-Ridge, West Orange, Maywood, Rutherford, Nutley) to help find fixer-upper duplex for owner-occupant w/ second residence for long-term tenant.

After purchase, The roof leaks, I contacted the village to get the information of the contractor and  they informed me the roof did not pass inspection and the roof ridge lines are collapsing and certain areas of the roof need new decking and the shingles were not installed with underlayment.  

What about in the mountains, Elijah and Blue Ridge? 

Blue ridge sells mini splits for about 700-800 and then you have to hook them up.

My wife (fiancee at the time) and I moved to the Chattanooga area a year ago and we bought a house in East Ridge, TN shortly after.
