Last year I took a step back from entrepreneurship and joined a tech startup in the blockchain space.While I am still doing as much research as possible to develop my strategy, my current interest is in purchasing properties to buy and hold.I am also exploring different markets, and so far, what's caught my eye has been Savannah, Georgia, Columbus, Ohio and Chattanooga, Tennessee.I'm looking forward to learning connecting with as many people as possible.In the meantime, send me some tips I won't find in the "Investing in Real Estate 101" books!

I don't necessarily have the expertise to know which semiconductor, artificial intelligence, marijuana, or blockchain company is going to be the next big winner; however I do know that regardless of how one company does, these industries are on the rise, therefore I invest in ETFs that follow the index of these industries I just mentioned.
