A friend has approached me about renting a commercial location to do an antique mall type business where vendors rent spaces from you & you do all the work of running the business.

I don't believe any lender takes residential loans on mobiles made prior to 1976 (LOL, that's an antique now).

Doesn't matter cash, property, cars, airplanes, mineral rights, stocks, coins, grandmothers antique shotgun, whatever.

. 😂 Carpeted kitchen, creepy hallway of many doors, the antique chair convention in that one room...Looks like it's been sitting a while, guess nobody can figure out what to do with it, lol.

I'm pointing out an antiquated industry ripe for disruption.

I can see your point, but time and again I've seen desirable cities with heavily entrenched NIMBY (Not In My Back Yard) populations that purposefully keep antiquated zoning policies in place in order to halt development, even well thought/planned development.

I never show up for closings... at least when the buyer is there.. that is an antiquated cluster waiting to happen..

Some of these systems are more up to date and some are antiquated.

The  ones who are buying all the art and jewels and antique cars etc.

My clients were the type to do antiques and made all sorts of crafts and were happy as clams. 30K is a yearly wage for many in my area.
