I think 1 commercial loan is way more pain than 1 sfr, but 10 commercial loans is way EASIER than 10 SFR. 

Capex and tenant issues tend to exceed cash flow and when you decide to exit after a couple of painful years, you are in for another surprise:It is shockingly hard to sell cheap homes! 

You can either write checks or make ACH transfers directly from the HELOC if your lender supports that, or transfer money to your checking account as needed to satisfy your cash draw needs.When I had my house, the 1st and the HELOC were both with the same bank as my checking account.

Most of the negative feedback on BBB has to do with their lack of responsiveness, which could be a growing pain issue since they are affiliated with at least several large REI groups that I am aware of, so are presumably overwhelmed with new business right now.

The mastermind investments if your pissed and want to Cause pain I would Shut them down.  

I know lease prep is a pain, been working on them and there are lots of new regulations and it would be easy to screw it up. 

Since this house is one I Airbnb part-time and live in part-time it's more painful because I have to experience and see all the issues myself!
