Ya see in Cleveland there is a list of court appointed movers.

You can offer to rent a truck, hire a couple movers, pay them cash, etc.

Tenants moving in use licensed and insured movers, the movers move their fridge in, move my fridge to the storage area.

Delaying the closing date is not really an option, because all three parties have movers booked for D-day and movers are usually booked out a few weeks. 

Long story short, we wound up with only about a month to decide to move, rent out our condo, and move out of state. 

I went into panic mode and contacted a mutual contractor that we both use (she has known him for years, and introduced me to him)  He then contacted her boss/friend and he said he would take care of hiring movers.  

I see storage as a small business and I  loved mine.. but I see it as more of an operational type business simply because you have more turn over and such compared to parks.. you get the right parks and you have ZERO turn over.. now low end rat trap parks are tougher of course I am talking about what I call investment grade parks.. and they trade at low cap rates but if you can move rents over time.. they are solid. 

Anyone know a good mover or someone experienced in crating and moving a baby grand piano?
