Ultimately the contractor is responsible for all the subs.Most of us don't live in your area so asking on here for a local recommendation probably won't yield much if any results.Look at local resources like FB groups, Google etc and check their reviews.If you have a local RE group,that is a great place to ask for local recommendations.
