I am getting a RLI personal umbrella policy from an independent insurance broker.

(Hey may be buying new builds with lots of closing dates available, or they may have negotiated flexible closing on the property they ar buying.).

However, I thought it would be fun to buy 8 crack shacks in the hood in Arkansas last year for fun.

What does everyone think about buy and hold investing in Little Rock, AR?

I was thinking Arkansas, Ohio, Indiana, or Michigan.
