I would love to hear from anyone that is currently flipping houses in this area, and whether they would recommend someone like me getting into this field.

I've also looked at Memphis for SFH, seems like a good market there.

Its a 3bd/1.5 bath row home Either the rehab sucks and the house looks like crap, or, you overpriced it.

We like doing the hard work of doing due diligence, researching property histories, getting estimates, negotiating contracts, etc.We're also going to be looking to buy and hold in the near future possibly by BRRRRing.

It also includes managing your existing investment well to ensure you aren't bleeding money due to bad tenants, excess maintenance, etc. 

Like many new investors, I had little cash and no access to traditional lenders.

One thing I like about them is that they dont charge a month's rent as fee for new tenants. 

Can you imagine what that review would sound like?

I just got signed up with Rent Redi and would like to import the previous  monthly rental payments into rent redi to have it correctly dispalying the lease terms with rent owed.
