You might do well with mid-term (30 days - several months) if you targeted both the church orgs and traveling nurses, of which we have quite a few.

Don't need more investors running my prices up.We don't do STR, but if in the right market, I would look at traveling nurses or military LTR by the room.

I will still make no exceptions for evictions on a record, no matter how other criteria works out, but a divorce, medical bills, student loans, etc., are worth questioning before rejecting.  

Therefore, it really depends on where you want to visit, establish community, maybe and easier travel experience such as direct flight.  

Agreed it’s illegal at a Federal level but here in Florida they hand out medical marijuana cards to anyone that will buy one.

For me, I may need to relocate to fully retire or may want to travel after retirement but always want a place to come back to.
