I know not all situations are the same but curious if your path. 

They will also know any reasons why it could be a problem or confirm that it can be done in your situation.

i didn't even know auctions gave opportunities to actually have access to properties beforehand.Given your line of work, i would say that you are uniquely positioned to work well in the outlined situation.

If you are going to be active, and have high conviction in a project with a clearly defined entry/exit strategy then using a HELOC is one of the better sources of capital.But, I continue to have my stance that, on average, folks who use a HELOC to fund the down payment for long-term investments will eventually find themselves in a situation where their portfolios drain their personal financial situations, rather than fueling them. 

Just to clarify my previous post, I would like to say that while I've experienced challenges with mngt, RTR/Rent to Retirement has been extremely helpful in navigating this situation so I know what my options are and so I don't feel alone in this process.

F.S. 83.681 provides for the landlord petitioning for an injunction, but your eviction case doesn't appear to fit that situation.

I'd like to set up something that gives us an alert if someone is at a vacant property after-hours and to determine if a home is occupied without paying someone an hour round trip to find out (for the rare default situations).  

Did the close out store not have enough of a single color?

Whatever is stored on the shelves will mostly cover it.If it's no longer used, you could remove it completely.
